Welcome

Rainbow Property Owners Association (RPOA) is a community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in Rainbow, California -- one of the northernmost towns in San Diego County, at the Riverside County line just south of Temecula.
RPOA works with every civic group in Rainbow -- Vallecitos School District and its PTO, Rainbow Fire Dept., Rainbow Valley Grange --and takes positions on important local issues.
Every year, around Memorial Day, RPOA hosts the "Rainbow Days" Picnic at Rainbow Park.  Plants from local nurseries are on special sale to fund activities at Vallecitos School. Live music, an inexpensive barbecue lunch, raffles every half hour and games for kids of all ages fill out the event.
Rainbow residents support RPOA through annual dues -- $10 per family per year.
The Rainbow News, the quarterly chronicle of life in Rainbow, is published by RPOA, mailed to every RPOA member and always available FREE on this website.
Every cent -- 100% of every penny -- raised through membership dues, donations and advertisements is put right back into our community.
